Designer Tip: Laura layered the papers to create a
border for this superstar birthday card. She also used the convenient
number punch-outs in the kit to add the player’s number or you
could add their birthday.

Instructions
- Cut the star paper into a 1 1/2"x6 1/2"-wide strip and adhere to the left edge of the card. Cut the soccer ball border to 4"x6 1/2" and ink the edges.
- Cut a 2"x2" square of white cardstock and ink the edges. Mat with green paper. Add a soccer ball Brad Buddy™ and adhere to the soccer ball paper with foam tape.
- Attach number punch-outs under the soccer ball, using foam tape for the # sign to add dimension. Add a silver star brad to the numbers.
- Print a greeting on a label. Add green mini brads and adhere with foam tape under the numbers. Add a star punch-out and brad toward the top of the soccer ball.
- Adhere the paper to the face of the card. Cover the seam of the papers with a 1/4" strip of green paper. Tie knots in three ribbons and trim. Attach to the green strip with Zots™.
- Inside the card: Repeat the border of star and soccer ball papers, only this time the stars go on the top of the card.
- Print a greeting on a 3 1/8"x2 1/2" rectangle of white cardstock. Ink the edges and mat with green paper. Add a MVP punch-out to the greeting with foam tape. Attach a star brad and adhere inside the card. Add star punch-outs.
