“Happy Holidays” — By LeNae Gerig

Designer Tip: Celebrate the season with LeNae's holiday card, made with traditional Christmas colors, adorable little stocking brads and a bold, trendy monogram.

Instructions
For the Card Front:

  1. Place the card with the fold at the top and glue a 6 1/4"x4 3/4" piece of red glimmer paper centered on the card front.
  2. Ink the edges of a 5 3/4"x4 1/4" piece of green words paper. Sand the edges of a red “H“ monogram and stamp “Happy Holidays” down the left side. Glue the monogram to the left side of the words paper. Attach one stocking brad to the top right of the “H” and another in the bottom right corner of the words paper. Glue the words paper centered on the card front.
  3. Attach red grosgrain ribbon down the right side of the card front, tucking it under the top of the stocking brad in the corner. Trim the ribbon even with the edges of the card. Zot™ two knots of gingham ribbon over the red ribbon, just above the stocking brad. Zot™ a knot of green grosgrain ribbon above the stocking brad next to the “H”.

For the Card Inside:

  1. Ink the edges of a 5 3/4"x1 1/2" strip of green words paper. Mat on red glimmer and trim to 1/8". Glue across the top of the card inside.
  2. Attach a stocking brad to the lower right edge of the matted strip, then Zot™ a knot of gingham ribbon above the brad.
