Description from Rascal:
The background paper is "color me paper" from Paper Wishes, topped with light green. I stamped cone flowers, and colored them in with Spectrum Noir pens from "Paper Wishes" and cut them out using nestabilities die cuts. I border punched along the edges of the card using a Martha Stewart punch.
