Description from Rascal:
I folded kraft cardstock to make card base. I layered black paper, and top paper to make the card focal, and punched the bottoms using a "Martha Stewart" border punch. I stamped a window base and cut out, and inked the background using Tim Holtz distress inks from "Paper Wishes." I stamped the tree for the background, and the pumpkin to sit on the window sill. I used a doily to make the window valance, and added tulle from "Paper Wishes" for the card top. I colored the tree and the pumpkin using spectrum noir pens from "Paper Wishes".
