Description from Rascal:
I used light blue card stock cut in half and then folded. I used white paper and cut out a shape using my nestabilities, and then ran it through my cuddlebug using the dot folder to add texture. I used the cupcake stamp from my Inky Antics stamp sheet, and colored that using my spectrum noir pens. I made the label using my design tool kit, and stamped the message from the Inky Antics stamp sheet. Added pink tulle at the top for texture, glitter glue on the cupcake icing, and liquid glaze on the cherry. Lastly I used liquid pearls at the bottom of the card, and around the edges of the cut out portion of the focal point of the card, as well as jewel dazzles on the label.
