Description from Sandi:
My stash of paper on 5x7 card; cut plain green 2 inch strip adhered to horizontal center, adhered striped and dotted paper onto middle of green. Celtic diamond dazzles were adhered onto plain blue and green toned scrap paper, cut out, embellished with self-adhesive square jewel in centers and foam taped. Celtic border was adhered at junction of background and green paper. this was birthday, but have repeated design with different backgrounds for Sympathy and thank you cards.
