Description from mhicks:
I saw this in a magazine recently, and thought I'd give it a try, wasn't really sure if it was going to work the way I had hoped, so it's not the fanciest card. --White card layered with a light blue stripe, then a layer of a teal floral. Ornaments are made from a light weight paper (similar to wrapping paper) (cut 3 ornament shapes; fold each in half. glue side 1A to side 2B, side 2A to 3A. Sides 1B & 3B are glued flat on the card, so that the sections of 1A/2B and 2A/3A stand up-- easier done than said) Smooch inks were used to make my off skelter sew marks.
