Comment:  The paper is very dated. It actually has a date of 1996 & 1999 on it which goes to show how dated it is. Thank goodness the embellishments were good.

Comment:  The Halloween Value Set had many items and many designs you can make, practically everything you needed was with the Set. I have a daughter that was born on Halloween and the Set was made of all her favorite colors, I have done about 6 pages and I still have items left over to do more pages. I have recommended the Set to all my friends and family.

Comment:  This Halloween value set is a great combination of papers and frames to use while creating cards and pages. I find that coordinating small prints are the ones I like best for cards and scrapbook pages because they highlight, rather than distract from, my pictures or the focal embellishment.
