A must have! Clover's Large Needle Mat is a must-have tool when creating your own amazing 3-D flowers and 2-D appliqués out of felt roving. Just place the Needle Mat on a flat surface and layer a piece of paper on top, then set your choice of mold atop the paper. Place small amounts of roving into the sections of the mold and use a Needle Tool (link) to lightly punch the roving, working it into the shape of the mold. After use, clean out stray roving and paper bits using the Felting Claw & Mat Cleaner.
