Beautiful butterfly punch! This darling punch from McGill features an assortment of shapes for you to “build” your own butterfly—combining your choice of papers! You’ll have two sets of wings in different sizes, plus a body and dots to accent the wings. Simply punch, then use glue or foam tape to layer…or use just one set of wings for a simpler version. Finished butterflies measure 1 _”x1 5/16” and 1”x1” when assembled.

Comment This punch is fairly difficult to use with card stock, but ok with lighter papers. The wings aren't a match, so you have to punch 2 sets of them to get matching wings for each side of the butterfly and if you want to layer the pieces, you have to punch 2 sets of the second paper, too. Therefore, I end up using more paper than I want to to make a butterfly. The good part is you can be very creative with your combinations, and really make a unique butterfly.
