To emboss the metal: Simply place a mat (link) on a flat surface and set your favorite mold on top. Layer a metal sheet on top of the mold and rub to emboss the mold's pattern right into the metal. Leave the metal as is or cut it into any shape you'd like. Finally, use the adhesive sheets (link) to attach the embossed metal to your scrapbook page, album cover...you name it.
