Cute coin envelopes! These fun little coin envelopes are the perfect place to stash a special message, a gift card or movie tickets, or to hold a handmade card or ATCs for an extra-special presentation. Use them on scrapbook pages to hold journaling or memorabilia, too.
How can you decorate them? One side of the envelope is glossy, the other is matte, so you can have either one as your surface. Stamp on it, use alcohol inks (on the glossy side), distress or paint it, then embellish with your favorite papers, brads, rub-ons, stickers and more. Fold it up and glue the sides and bottom and youll have a little envelope to tuck your treasures. The sturdy surface means you can personalize these fun envelopes to your own unique style! Package contains two Coin Envelopes; folded size is 3 1/2"x4 3/4".

I just made a couple of gift card holders. These coin envelope are nice and sturdy, and you can do just about anything to decorate them. I love that they are not sealed, so it is so much easier to glue paper to them, then fold them up and seal them.

For years now, as my daughter has grown up, I've made teacher gifts for her teachers. I feel the teacher has to be the mors unappreciated person in our lives. Now I understand that everynow and then we don't get a perfect one, but who wants perfect? I love to wrap up gift cards and personalize the envelope for the individual. I have one that I did for a teacher years ago, and he still has it! It's such a nice thing to see and hear that your Thank you has been so well received! My daugher and I ended up sharing a little something special, when we both ended up having a Mrs. Murphy for our 4th grade teachers. My Mrs. Murphy showed me Japan in the 4th Grade. When I later grew up and joined the Navy, the first place I put in for orders was Japan, and I just LOVED IT! It's such a beautiful country and culture. Thank you Mrs. Murphy! Where ever you are!

I have made several books of my own for gifts. These attach to the page and gives way for a tag to slide between the paper and this coin envelope and then it can be used for memento or any loose item.
