Save on patterned rulers! You’ll have 3 different patterned metal rulers from Karen Foster, each with 4 different patterns—which means you have 12 patterns to play with! Simply place your paper against the ruler edge, then tear toward the ruler for a patterned effect. To tear along the center edges, simply slide your paper in the middle area of the ruler, then lay the ruler flat and tear against the edge.
