This technique is so easy to do! Simply cut the word or image from the adhesive sheet and press it onto your paper, burnishing it with a craft stick or bone folder like a regular rub-on. Peel off the backing, then place the foil shiny side up on the adhesive and use your finger to rub the foil onto the adhesive. Peel off the foil to reveal a subtly shiny word, image or sentiment!
