Place a Dazzles onto patterned or plain paper. We recommend using the tip of your X-acto knife (link) to gently lift up one corner of the design from the sticker sheet. Cut around the edges of the sticker. Tonics 5 non-stick scissors (link) are perfect for getting into small spaces. Repeat with several smaller images, then stack the cut-out Dazzles with foam tape (link).
