I LOVE this organizer. In fact, this is the third one I've purchased. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but each and every one of the little boxes inside the organizer can come out of the organizer. So, when I'm working on a project, and I just need a couple of the boxes for their contents, I can just take those two out, set them on the table, and close the organizer with the rest of the items. They don't get spilled, they don't get mixed up together, and I just have the two small boxes on the table, not the big organizer. I LOVE this organizer.
