Comment:  These are not made for a regular file cabinet. They are made to store scrapbooking paper in the rolling cart. They are very sturdy and work great. They hold a lot of paper and are easy to grab and take with you if you need them.

Comment:  I'm sure these are great, but they are not 12x12 which is misleading if you are looking for hanging file folders to put in a drawer that is made for organizing 12 x 12 paper. They actually measure 12 x 15 1/2. Just an FYI in case you are looking for that specific size folder!

Comment:  These are terrific paired with the rolling paper rack. I use my folders to not only store my paper but to store papers and embellishments for specific projects. When I want to work on a project it is all there in one handy package that I can take with me wherever I go; at home or away.
