I ordered 8 packages of these to use for baby shower invitations. So was really disappointed when I only received 1 pkg. Also was disappointed that I had to make a phone call to find out that the item was being discontinued. I must say however that when I called a young lady named Maria answered my call and was absolutely wonderful. Maria went over and above by managing to find the extra brads I needed and they were shipped to me within a few days. PW you should be proud to have an employee like Maria on your payroll...
