To be honest I have never been dissapointd of any of the products I have purchased from you guys I always love them even moe then when I see them in the catalog, oh wait a purchased a set of white pens and only one writes but compare to all I have purchased that's nothing, now you have me even more hooked with the vintage stamps (the Ladies) those are a #10 on a skale from one - 10. oh I also belong to the Scrapbooking club all are perfect, And the bundles you carry in the catalogs are just another perfect thing you do for your customers, and the thank yous, you e-mail another perfect touch and I know customer sevice...I don't feel there's anything more that has to done, be it by phone or e-mails all is excellent Well thats my sincere oppinion, did I mention the merchandise arrives in mint condition.
