Perfect pop-up punch! This versatile punch can be used to create borders and images with a 3-D effect. Simply slip your paper into the slot and press down on the lever. Lift and fold the sides of the punched image to make it pop up. This snowman punch from Tonic is perfect for Christmas cards, tags, and scrapbook pages. Punched image measures 1½" tall.

Tip: If you ever notice your punch becoming dull, just punch aluminum foil a few times to sharpen the blades.
