Supplies:

• Paper Pizazz® 8”x8” Christmas Papers: Burgundy stitched paper, green stitched paper, burgundy with rectangles paper, solid ivory paper, green textured paper, tag, fragment and artwork cut-outs
• Paper Pizazz® Spearmint Fiber Pack
• graphite black Brilliance™ ink pad
• black pen
• Scotch® Brand Foam Mounting Tape
• Glue Dots™
• glue stick

Instructions:

For the Left Page:

1. Use the burgundy stitched paper as the background. Cut a 3/4”x8” strip of green stitched paper. Cut out the “Christmas” border and glue it centered on the green stitched strip with a glue stick. Glue the border about 1/4” down from the top of the page. Cut the small tag with the burgundy border from the artwork. Journal the word “our” on the tag with a black pen and use foam mounting tape to attach the tag just before the word “Christmas” on the border. Cut the gold library plate from the artwork. Journal the word “traditions” on the plate with a black pen, then use foam mounting tape to attach the plate under the border, 5/8” in from the right edge.
2. Computer journal onto solid ivory paper, cropping the journaling into a long vertical rectangle and inking the edges with black. Cut two 1” wide strips of green textured paper that are about 1/2” shorter than the width of the journaling. Using a glue stick, glue the strips behind the top and bottom edges of the journaling block so they each stick out about 3/8” above or below the journaling. Glue the journaling to the left side of the page, about 5/8” in from the left edge.
3. Mat the photo on solid ivory paper, trimming the mat to 1/16”. Mat again on green textured paper, trimming the mat to 1/8”. Glue the matted photo under the “traditions” plate with a glue stick. Cut out the word “Christmas” from the artwork and attach it over the bottom of the photo with foam mounting tape. Cut out the “greetings” fragment from the artwork and attach it in the bottom right corner of the page using foam mounting tape.

For the Right Page:

1. Use the burgundy with rectangles paper as the background. Cut a 1”x8” strip of green stitched paper, then glue it vertically down the left side of the page, about 1/2” in from the left edge. Cut out the burgundy with rectangles tag from the artwork. Cut one of the tags with the burgundy present from the artwork, then attach it to the tag with foam mounting tape. Cut the “Merry & Bright” fragment from the artwork and attach it across the bottom green portion of the tag with foam mounting tape. Glue the tag to the top of the border strip at an angle. Cut a 2” length of green woven ribbon and tie a knot in the center. Attach the knot to the top of the tag using a Glue Dot™. Cut the “wish” fragment and the two burgundy star tiles from the artwork. Attach them vertically down the border strip, as shown, with foam mounting tape.
2. Mat both photos on solid ivory paper, trimming the mats to 1/16”. Using a glue stick, secure one photo in the top right corner of the page, and the other photo in the bottom left corner of the page, about 5/8” to the right of the border.
3. Cut the “Happy Holidays” tag from the artwork. Cut out the other tag with the burgundy present from the artwork and attach it to the “Happy Holidays” tag with foam mounting tape. Glue the tag in the bottom right corner of the page with a glue stick. Cut a 2” length of green woven ribbon and tie a knot in the center. Attach the knot to the top of the tag using a Glue Dot™. Cut out the “Santa” and “family” fragments from the artwork. Use foam mounting tape to attach the “Santa” fragment on the bottom edge of the top photo, and the “family” fragment on the bottom edge of the bottom photo.
