Designer's tip: Conserve rick rack by only gluing 1" lengths on each end of the card. The label covers the center of the card.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Place the card fold at the top. Cover the card with brown cardstock. Glue a 6 1/8" x 43/4" rectangle of tan patterned paper, with inked edges, flush with the top of the card. Glue a 61/2" x 21/2" strip of brown poinsettia paper across the center of the card. Glue green rick rack across the center of the poinsettia paper.
  2. Assemble the "Merry Christmas" Papier tole with foam tape and foam tape to the center of the large burgundy/green label. Secure brads to the ends of the label. Glue the label to the center of the poinsettia border. Glue a brown bow to the top left.
  3. Inside: Cover the inside of the card with tan patterned paper. Cut an inverted "v" in one end of a 21/2"x 41/2" strip of poinsettia paper and glue vertically to the card center. Write a greeting on a green label and glue over the paper strip.
