LeNae's Tip: To line the snowman Dazzle sticker with white paper, use small scissors to cut very close to the sticker edge. Lift up the twig arms and cut under them.

  1. Adhere the Dazzle snowflake border to the top of the pail sides. Tear two 2 x12 strips of blue dot snowflake and mat with two 3 x12 strips of dark blue paper with a torn edge at the top. Ink the edges black. Overlap the strips and glue around the pail lower sides.
  2. Glue a length of white rickrack around the center of the dot paper. Line the snowman with broom, with white cardstock and color with pencils. Glue to the front of the pail, overlapping the dark blue paper. Line the large snowflakes with aqua paper and foam tape them on each side of the snowman. Add smaller snowflakes among the large ones.
  3. Top: Cut a 5 wide circle from aqua paper and ink the edge. Glue to the pail lid and adhere winter and a swirl. Tie ribbon lengths around the left side of the handle. Line a Dazzle tag shape with white cardstock, sign and punch a hole at the top. Thread with ribbon and tie to handle.
