Supplies:

• Easy Circles Template
• Cardmaker’s Pretty Creative Pack
• Chocolate Monograms
• Pink Hearts Super Sized Brads
• Cardmaker’s Pretty Ribbons
• 5”x6 1/2” blank white card
• Brown inkpad
• Foam tape
• Glue stick
• Fiskar’s Scallop scissors
• Emery board

Instructions:

1. With the card fold at the top, cover the card front with the tan dots paper and trim the paper even with the card edges. Lightly sand the edges.
2. Trace a 6” circle onto the pink/tan striped paper and cut out. Mat with bronze glimmer paper and trim with scalloped scissors, leaving a 1/8” wide border. Glue the circle to the card front with the circle extending off the folded edge of the card 1 1/2”. Trim away the excess circle, and ink the card edges brown.
3. Cut one 2” and one 3” circle from pink vellum and one 2” circle from tan dot paper. Ink the edges of the dot paper and secure a heart brad to the center. Lightly sand the edges and surface of the “i” and “U” brown monograms. Tie a pink grosgrain ribbon around the “U” and glue the letters to the vellum circles as shown. Apply glue to the back of the vellum, but only to the areas covered by the letters. Glue to the card front with the tan dot circle foam taped between them. Tie a sheer ribbon length around the inside of the card, and knot at the front right.
4. Inside the card: Cut 1/2” wide strips of glimmer and striped paper at an angle and glue to the left side of the card. Adhere a burgundy tag to the strips and top with a knotted ribbon length. Journal on a striped bookplate cut-out and glue to the bottom of the tag.
