Designer’s Tip: Apply Dazzles™ to rough side of transparencies for best adherence. Use washer (included with pail) to open pail lid.

Supplies:

• Trick or Treat Dazzles™ Black
• Serendipity Ribbon Set
• Colored Transparent Sheets
• Purple Stickles Glitter Glue, Orange Peel Stickles Glitter Glue, Black Diamond Stickles Glitter Glue
• 2 1/4” Scallop Circle Punch
• Medium Lots O Zots™

Instructions:

1. Cut transparencies to 9” x 2 ½” to line inside of the pail. To create orange, use 2 yellow sheets and 1 red sheet.
2. Back Dazzles™ with transparencies and Zot™ to the liner. After adding all desired Dazzles™, embellish with Stickles and set aside to dry.
3. Tie mesh ribbon around the top of the pail and add ribbon to the opposite side for a second tie. Remove washer and tie with orange grosgrain ribbon. Back lollipop Dazzle™ with transparency and Zot™ to the washer. Tie to the pail handle.
