LeNae's Tip: Use the punched snowflakes from the border as a page accent and top each with a small button.

  1. Use the snowflake punch to evenly space 9 snowflakes across the bottom of the white snowflake paper. Cut into a 1 1/4 wide strip and glue from the bottom of the blue snowflake paper. Adhere the white felt frosty border at the top of the page.
  2. Cut a 9 1/4 x 7 rectangle from white snowflake paper and glue to the center of the page. Mat a 4x 6 photo and glue to the left side of the rectangle. Write New Years on the small oval tag. Secure at the top right with snow tiles and the winter definition below.
  3. Adhere large blue buttons at the top corners and punched snowflakes glued down the lower right edge of the rectangle. Top with small buttons.
