Tip: A great project to kids to do for Dad special day or for birthday cards for friends. Tuck an ice cream gift card or even cash into the pocket. The foil and suede papers make this a fun gift with cool textures.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Follow template instructions for tracing the cone shape onto foil paper. Cut out and fold.
  2. Trace the ice cream scoop with a portion of the cone from red suede and glue into the cone as the lining. Cut the double scoop ice cream from tan suede and glue on top of the red. Cut around the ice cream shapes to remove excess foil paper. Cut a red suede cherry and tan stem and glue to the top of the ice cream.
  3. Trace a tag shape from ivory cardstock, write your message, cut out and ink the edges brown. Mat with brown cardstock, leaving a 1/8” border. Top with a red bow and tuck inside the pocket.
