Instructions:

1. Trim periwinkle cardstock to 4 1/8 x 6 1/2. Ink the long edges with black. Mat on a 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 piece of funky stripes paper and ink the edges with black. Center horizontally on the white card front and ink all four edges of the card with black.
2. Fold the remaining piece of funky stripes paper in half. Align the template so that place on fold is lined up with the fold on the paper, then trace the file folder using a black pen. Cut around the file folder, leaving the folded side intact, and ink the edges with black. Attach the back of the file folder to the periwinkle cardstock.
3. Attach fabric stickers to white cardstock and trim to various shapes. Trace around the stickers with a black pen and ink the edges of the cardstock with black. Arrange in and around the file folder, using foam tape for dimension.
4. Add black ribbon by stapling one small piece and using Glue Dots to attach the ribbon tie.
