By LeNae Gerig
LeNae's Tips: Using StazOn® ink will keep the stamped images from bleeding when the liquid Smooch™ comes in contact with it.

- Place the card fold at the side. Cover the card with tan text paper. Stamp a large brown butterfly image at the center of a 3 1/4" x 4" tan with pink roses rectangle. Stamp a swirl tail below. Stamp a tiny butterfly at the upper right corner.
- Mat the rectangle with a 1/8" mat of brown cardstock. Mat again with pink dot paper, leaving a 3/8" border. Ink the edges brown and glue to the top portion of the card. Glue a 5" x 11/2" rectangle of pink rose paper cut from the burgundy paper with pink rose border.
- Stamp the butterfly onto tan text paper using brown ink. Cut out the body and wings only and apply Taffy Smooch™ ink to areas of the butterfly body and wings. Let dry and glue the butterfly body over the first stamped image and bend with wings up, as if flying, and place a small piece of foam tape under each wing to hold in place. Write "Happy Birthday My Friend" on moss green cardstock and cut into a 5" x 3/4" strip. Glue over the top of the rose paper border and stamp black tiny swirls on each side.
- Inside: Ink the edges of a 3 1/2" square of tan text paper and glue to the center top of the card inside back. Ink the long edges of a 5" x 1 1/2" strip of pink dot paper and glue across the center of the square. Write "You deserve the best!" on a 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" rectangle of moss paper and stamp the tiny butterfly under the words. Apply Smooch™ to the body and areas of the wings. Let dry. Apply black ink to the edges of the rectangle and foam tape over the pink dot border.
