Designer's Tip: The holographic paper really makes the flower bubble caps sparkle! The red and black baker's twine looks super cute with the Classic Tags.

Supplies:

• 20 Classic Tags
• Flower Shape Studio
• 1" Flower Bubble Caps
• Holographic Papers
• Silver Flower Pearl Jewel Dazzles
• Red & Black Twisted Twine
• Birthday Greetings Stamp Set
• VersaMark Watermark Stamp Pad
• All 4 Acrylic Blocks
• White Super Fine Embossing Powder
• Heat Gun
• Small Zots™
• Tacky Glue

Instructions:

1. Stamp "Belated Birthday Wishes" on the top of the large black & white tag with VersaMark ink. Pour white embossing powder on the words and shake off excess. Emboss with a heat gun.
2. Place a silver flower Dazzle about 1/2" from the edge of a red holographic sheet. Use the flower Shape Studio and bubble caps to make a holographic flower embellishment. Repeat, making 3 flowers total.
3. Tie red/black baker's twine through the top hole in a bow. Glue 3 "stems" of baker's twine coming from the bottom of the tag, using Tacky glue. Use Zots adhesive dots to attach the holographic flowers to the tops of the stems. Glue a tiny baker's twine bow on one of the stems.
