Designer's Tip: Just fold these silver star 3-D Dazzles near the center to add dimension to your card. Backing them with contrasting papers or placing them over a spot of color on the background paper also works well.

Supplies:

• Rock On Paper Pack
• 3-D Stars Dazzles™ Silver
• Silver Greetings Dazzles
• White Cards & Envelopes
• 8"x8" Cardstock for Retro
• Large Silver Pearls
• Blue & Green Twisted Twine
• Medium Zots™

Instructions:

1. Place your card with the fold at the top. Cover the card front with red textured paper. Cut a 5 3/4"x4 1/4" green circles/stars rectangle and mat on pale yellow cardstock with 1/16" borders.
2. Back star stickers with red or blue paper or pale yellow cardstock and glue along the top half of the green rectangle as shown. Layer an additional star over one of the larger stars. Place "Happy Birthday" word sticker on the right side of the rectangle below the stars.
3. Place two 8" lengths of baker's twine across the green rectangle, 1/2" from the bottom. Glue ends to the back to secure. Glue the rectangle centered on the red card front. Tie a twine bow and Zot as shown. Add remaining mini star stickers and silver pearls.
