- Place your card with the fold at the top. Cover with ivory cardstock. Cut a 6 3/8"x4 7/8" Happy Days red paper and use the postage stamp border template to trace around edges. Cut and ink edges heavily. Place on a 6 3/8"x4 7/8" Happy Days green paper and ink edges. Center on your card.
- Trace and cut out a bookplate label on Happy Days blue arc paper. Ink edges and foam tape to card. Trace and cut out two small banners from Happy Days orange paper. Ink edges and cut each in half. Glue cut ends under corners of label and foam tape exposed ends. Cut a 3 1/2"x2 1/8" Happy Days dotted red paper and use banner tag template to trace and cut an inverted "V" at each end. Ink edges and foam tape over label. Zot on a 6" loop of ribbon as shown. Cut a 4 1/4"x3/4" yellow paper and use small banner template to trace and cut an inverted "V" at each end. Place the "Celebrate!" stamp on the acrylic block and stamp on the yellow banner. Ink edges and foam tape over ribbon.
- For inside: Cut a 3 1/2" square of Happy Days blue arc and use postage stamp border template to trace around edges. Cut and ink edges. Center on card. Cut a 2" square of orange, stamp "eat cake", ink edges and foam tape over blue. Tie a knot with 5" of ribbon and Zot over message.
