Designer's Tip: Consider using only portions of the Papier Tole layers on one project and save other layers for another. I used the #1 layer from a Papier Tole on the inside on the card. When stamping on Papier Tole's glossy paper, use fast drying StazOn® inkpad.
- Place the card fold on the side. Cover the card with white ping paper and ink the edges black. Ink the edges of 4"x5 1/2" blue suns paper and mat with black cardstock, leaving a 1/8" border. Glue to the card center.
- Cut a "v" in the left end of 4 3/4"x2 1/4" red dot paper and mat with black cardstock, leaving a 1/8" border. Glue across the card, 1" from the bottom.
- Mat the #1 layer of the "Hooray" Papier Tole with black cardstock, leaving a 1/16" border. Layer pieces with foam tape and glue to the right side of the red dot border. Back the small Dazzles™ banner with different patterned papers and glue to the top left corner of the card. Stamp "Surprise!" above the banner. Add swirls and tiny stars and pings above the Papier Tole greeting.
- Inside: Glue 4"x5 1/2" white ping paper to the card inside back. Place rick rack Dazzles™ border along the top and bottom edges. Stamp a sentiment on the #1 layer of the Papier Tole and glue centered on a 5"x 1 1/4" black cardstock strip. Glue 1 1/2" from the card top.
