Designer Tip: Turn the metal over so the silver side is facing up when you punch the leaves, so the veins of the leaves are raised on the colored side of the metal. I used a sanding block to highlight the veins of the metal leaves, and a StazOn ink pad to ink the veins of the mesh leaf.

Supplies:

• Retro 8"x8" Papers
• Bright Metal
• Brass & Copper Wire Mesh
• Oak Leaf Punch & Emboss
• Grape Leaf Punch & Emboss
• Humungo Adhesive Sheets
• StazOn Ink Pad, Timber Brown
• White Cards & Envelopes
• Icy Rainbow Ribbons
• Medium Zots™
• Sanding Block
• Black pen or computer printer
• Font: American typewriter

Instructions:

1. Attach a 1"x6 1/2" strip of chocolate metal to the left side of the card front, along the fold. Sand the outer edge of the metal. Sand one edge of a 1/4"x6 1/2" strip of pink metal and attach next to the chocolate metal. Cover the right side of the card front with pink/brown patterned paper. Ink the edges.
2. Turn the chocolate metal over so the silver side is up, and punch an oak leaf. Repeat for the grape leaf, using pink metal, and copper mesh. Sand the embossed veins of the metal leaves. Ink the veins of the mesh leaf. Attach the leaves to the card front with adhesive. Write or computer print on tag, and glue to lower corner of card front. Zot a ribbon as shown.
