Designer Tip: I backed several elements with silver, green, and blue holographic paper to add sparkle.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. With the fold on top, cover card front with blue stripe. Cut out the red/blue/multi-stripe border from one of the color block sheets in the Use 'Em For Anything Brights. Glue the border across the bottom of the card, ¼" from the bottom.
  2. Place "Happy Birthday" on 2¼"x1¼" of red texture and mat onto black, leaving a 1/16" border. Mat onto green texture, leaving a 1/8" border, and mat again onto black cardstock, leaving a 1/16" border. Glue the greeting to the card, flush with the left and 1/8" from the top.
  3. Back 3 leaves and 2 dragonflies with green and silver holographic paper and glue to the card, scattered as shown. Place a swirl Dazzles above one of the leaves.
  4. Back the grassy border with green texture and glue along the red/stripe border. Back a turtle with green and silver holographic and glue to the card on the grass, ½" from the left. Back a frog with green holographic and glue to center. Back the dinosaur with red texture and blue holographic and glue to the right of the frog. Place dinosaur footprints on the bottom right corner of the card as shown.
