Designer Tip: Create pocket on the card front for tickets, gift cards or other surprises.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Place the card fold at the side. Cover the card with dark green striped paper. Ink the edges of a 4½"x6" rectangle of textured purple paper and place a small butterfly on the top right. Stitch the butterfly and glue the rectangle to the card center.
  2. Pocket: Ink the edges of a 4 3/8"x4 5/8" green flower rectangle and secure lavender flowers to the bottom left corner with brads. Place a small and large butterfly in the center and stitch the butterflies using the Sparklers thread.
  3. Glue a 5"x1" strip of purple flower paper to the top edge of the green flower paper and staple twice to make the top of the pocket. Glue the green flower rectangle, on the side only, to the lower portion of the purple rectangle. Place the Dazzles corner stickers on the bottom left and right corners.
  4. Trace the top of a rectangle tag, measuring 2" tall, on the back of the green stripe paper and ink the edges. Secure a lavender brad at the top. Glue the tag to extend from the left side of the pocket. Glue a "friendship" cut-out to the tag.
