Instructions:

1. Tear one side of the tan words paper to make a large triangle and glue to the upper left corner of the black words paper. Place black photo corners on the photo, then mat on ivory paper, leaving a 1/8 border. Glue to the center of the page.
   
2. Cut out the books, fire truck and teddy bear artwork. Cluster together and glue down in the lower right corner of the page. Use foam tape to pop up the bear and fire truck if desired.
   
3. Use the template to make 2 small tags out of ivory paper. Crumple the tags and add brown ink with the ink pad. Add journaling with the alphabet stamps and black ink, then add 2” lengths of ribbon to the bottom of each small tag, gluing the ends of the ribbon behind the tag.
   
4. Punch a small hole in the top of each tag. Add a 1 1/2 piece of floss to each tag, string it through the holes then glue behind the tag. Next, add floss to 6 buttons and tie in a knot on top. Add 5 of the buttons to the torn edge of the page as shown, hiding the floss from the two tags under two of the buttons as shown. Glue down the tags. Save the other button for the larger tag.
   
5. Use the template to make a larger tag with ivory paper. Crumple and add brown ink then mat on black solid paper with a 1/8” border. Add the additional button to the top. Cut out the airplane artwork and attach to the tag with foam tape. Add a 3” length of ribbon to the bottom of the tag and glue the ends behind it. Stamp the word “play” under the ribbon. Glue the tag overlapping the upper left corner of the photo.
