1. Tear a 4 3/4”-wide strip of tan leaf paper. Apply brown chalk to the torn edge, then glue the strip to the right side of the letters background paper.
2. Tear a 7 1/2” piece of light leaf paper and glue to the center of the page at an angle. Tear a 6 1/2” square of ivory vellum and glue at an angle to the center of the ivory leaf paper.
3. Mat photos on scuffed tan paper, then on black. Arrange over the center of the page, overlapping slightly.
4. Use the template to cut a tag from ivory leaf paper. Cut another tag (the same size) from tan leaf paper. Tear across the center of the tan leaf tag, then place the bottom portion of the tag on the bottom of the ivory leaf tag. Tear a 2” square of ivory vellum and glue to the upper part of the ivory leaf tag, letting the tan leaves portion overlap. Mat the tag on tan scuff paper, then black. Place the tag on the page, tucking the edge beneath one photo. Glue elements in place.
5. Secure eyelets in the background paper around the edges of the center collage as shown. Add ribbon between the eyelets and over the page elements, seducing at the back of the pages. Cut out charms. Punch a hole in the end of each word charm, then tie with gold thread and add to the paper tag and ribbon as shown. Tie a bow and glue to the top of the tag.
6. Cut out the gold rimmed tag and cover with ivory vellum. Journal on vellum with black pen, than add a brad to each end. Glue the tag and leaf charms to the page as shown. Write the date on vellum, tear around it and glue to the paper tag. Secure with a brad.
