Instructions:

Place the Paper Tex and stencil on the Craft Sheet to protect your work surface. Use the Cool Tool and fine point tip to burn around the inside edges of the window. Remove the finished window from the sheet and glue light blue paper behind the window. Cut out around the window.
Glue the window to the striped paper with the flower print on the left side. Secure silk flowers below the window with mini brads. Secure the gold cross brad at the center top of the window. Glue the striped paper to the card front. Wrap ribbon around the card flap and glue the tag under the bow.
