Supplies:

• Chipboard Heart Mini Book
• Red Heart Rhinestone Brads
• Clear Heart Rhinestone Brads
• Busy Scrapper's Vintage papers
• Classic Organdy Swirl Ribbons
• Adhesive Ornate Borders
• Red Fun Flock
• StazOn Red inkpad
• X-acto knife
• Crop-a-dial (to secure heart brad)
• Fine tip black pen
• Zots
• Glue stick
• 1/8 wide hole punch
• Cotton swab

Instructions:
Cover:

1. Remove the rings from the chipboard pages. Apply glue stick to the cover and place the striped paper at an angle. Use the craft knife to cut around the outside edge and around the inside of the heart window. Apply red ink to the edges and re-punch the holes for the binding rings using the 1/8 hole punch.
2. Adhere the adhesive swirl strip from the left side of the heart to the bottom right edge. Apply red flocking, pressing into the adhesive with finder tips to insure a good bond. Dump the remaining flocking onto scrap paper and return to the jar. Personalize small tags and glue under the heart window with a black bow.

Inside pages:

1. Cover facing pages with the same paper. Add small photos, journaling and embellishments like bows, cut-outs and brads. Cover brad prongs on the next page by covering with paper, photo or embellishment.
2. Stack pages and align the holes. Replace rings and secure. Tie ribbon lengths to each ring and trim the tails to 1 1/2 long.
