- Front: With the fold on the left, cover card front with green flourish corner paper with the flourish at the top left. Cut a 3"x4" piece of blue snowflake paper. Mat it onto white cardstock, leaving a 1/4" border. Glue rectangle to card 1/2" from the left and bottom.
- Snowman: Place the snowman base and head onto white cardstock. Sprinkle with clear glitter and cut out. Use the same technique with blue glitter for the scarf and hat and pink glitter for the heart and hat stripe. Color in the snowmanâs eyes with a black pen. Glue the snowman pieces to the center of the blue snowflake rectangle.
- Cut a 1 1/2"x3" rectangle of white cardstock. Trim off the top 2 corners to make a tag shape. Cut pieces of the Double-Stick Dazzles™ border and place them across the top and bottom of the tag as shown. Sprinkle on blue and pink glitter. Write âWarm Winter Wishes" in the center of the tag and foam tape to the card tilted to the left, about 1/4" from the right and 1" from the top. Glue a small bow of sheer white ribbon to the top of the tag.
- Inside the card: Cut a 2"x6 1/2" strip of green winter dot paper and glue vertically centered on card. Cut a 1"x5 1/2" strip of green stripes paper and cut notches in the top and bottom. Glue to the center of the green dot paper. Cut a 4"x11/2" strip of blue snowflake paper and mat onto red dot paper, leaving a 1/4" border. Glue centered to card, 2" from the top. Write a greeting on 2 1/4"x1 1/4" of white cardstock glue to center of the blue snowflake rectangle.
