At Hot Off The Press, we pride ourselves on providing the best for our customers. But because we’re human, problems do sometimes occur.

This winter we experienced many of those very problems.

Paper Wishes orders used to be fulfilled in Wisconsin—now they are picked and packed in Oregon. You might think this kind of switch would be an easy one. (I did too!) After all, I wouldn’t have thought it so difficult to get items in a box and sent off. But, complex system problems occurred. At times I could have sworn gremlins were loose in our computers!

The good news is we believe the errors and system problems have been repaired. Things are on the mend and quite soon we will be shipping orders in a timely turnaround. Right now we’re all busily picking, packing, taping and labeling Paper Wishes orders so we can get them out the door as quickly as humanly possible!
