St. Patrick's Day Card 4

NOTE: In the bundle I show 2 sets of Card Toppers, Floral Zen and Chalkboard Greetings but you’re ALSO getting a third set called Feathers (it’s beautiful, check out the product page here). Sorry I missed out on showing that to you in the video!

Hi everyone! Today’s card is…a St. Patrick’s Day card! I’m doing a monochromatic green scheme (of course), with tons of gold bling (of course)! I had a lot of fun using the Spectrum Noir pens on the Ebony Color Me Card Toppers (there are THREE DIFFERENT SETS of them in today’s bundle! Not just two as I showed in the video). Sooo as a woman of not too many words, I’ll stop right here and let you enjoy the show!

Fantastic Folded DVD Card Inside 2

This week’s card is a unique one with a fun opening! It may look tricky at first, but it is really simple to make. I love that Teresa’s Fantastic Folded Cards & Boxes DVD is so easy to follow and that there are 100 card ideas to choose from! It really makes creativity a cinch. I took her “Checkerboard Card” idea and made it my own, using the Simple Roses Embossing Folder, some pretty specialty papers, and the beautiful Lacy Flowers Dazzles. I also used a fun and versatile product (available here) called Spectrum Noir. Come check it out!

Viney Swirls Cutting Die

Viney Swirls Cutting Die Card 3

This week’s card is simply elegant. I didn’t want to make it too over-the-top with embellishments, so I just kept it simple and used the beautiful Viney Swirl die cut as the centerpiece. Of course I couldn’t make it too easy–I edited and “pruned” the vine, as well as used a couple of other fun techniques–take a look! Can’t forget the cute little Charms Dazzles or the lovely Robin’s Red Paper Pack, either!

Ooh La La Artful Card Kit 2

Today’s card is fancy and fun thanks to the Ooh La La Artful Card Kit, which will make you say “ooh la la!” over its lovely contents–read: elegance and whimsy with a French twist. The die cuts are awesome, and I feature 3 of the ornate frames on my card. I love the doodle style of the flowers which are very pretty, and the theme carries throughout the kit. Speaking of flowers, I’m also using some delectable Dazzles–3-Pack Pink Tiny Flowers! This pack contains a total of 128 flowers and 234 leaves, so there’s no running out for a long time! Add to the mix some luscious pearls and satin ribbon, and voilá! A beautiful card!

Feathers Stamp Set Scrapbook Page

Feathers Stamp Set 3

Feathers Stamp Set 2

This week I have another one for all you scrapbookers out there. But yet, imagine what kind of cards you could make with these beautiful products…too much creativity, not enough time! First we have the beautifully detailed Feathers Stamp Set. I only utilized two of the twenty different stamps in this set, and there are a lot of pretty ones. I love the fact that you can layer the detailed feathers on top of the more solid feathers for a nice effect. Also on my project I’ve used a couple sheets of Color Me Ebony paper and some Dylusions ink sprays. The one in the bundle is Calypso Teal, which is a lovely shade; but I also use a green color called Dirty Martini–don’t you just love the names of these colors? The Dylusions ink sprays come in all sorts of colors on Paper Wishes if you’re interested (and you should be–they are so fun to play with, and can cover a variety of surfaces. See the Webisode on them here.) I had a lot of fun making this page, and I hope you have fun too!

I’m also showing a special technique with backing the black Dazzles with the sparkly ones! I hope you all enjoy.

I’m trying something new, with this fun, feathery birthday card! It has some touches of shimmer with the foil Mystic Feathers Papier Tole, which has some lovely designs. The paper pack is called Fancy Feathers, and has very unique and striking color combinations. I love playing with new “toys”! I hope you enjoy this one–it’s definitely a “quick and easy” card!

Love Card 4

This week I’m doing a Valentine’s themed card! Although, you don’t really need Valentine’s Day to send a “Love” card–any day will do! I enjoyed playing around with the “Love & 5 Hearts” Cutting Dies–there’s really a lot you can do with these. Hopefully my project will be the beginning of lots more fun for you! This card is simple and sweet, using Penelope Papers, glitzy Holographic Hearts paper, and white Dazzles. Thanks so much for watching, and don’t forget to check out this week’s bundle deal!

Chalkboard Scrapbook Page 4

NOTE: The bundle has been changed: the Chalkboard Embellies pack has been removed because it is currently out of stock. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This week’s project is another scrapbook page, this time using the fabulous new double-sided Chalkboard Paper Pack! I absolutely love the contrast of the dark textured chalkboard with the pretty pastel accent colors. I’m also excited to share with you the new Embellies line from Hot Off The Press. These mini embellishment sets are designed to match certain collections of products–Chalkboard, for example. I love the pretty brads and die-cuts in this pack.

In this video I also mention the Dazzles Transfer Sheet. Even though I don’t use it here, it is helpful for placing all those Dazzles that have multiple words or pieces to them. Also, here is a link to the 3-D Zots, which I use for the roses. Enjoy!
