- Mat the 5" x 7" photo on the smooth side of the pale yellow cardstock, leaving a 1/8" border. Ink the edges. Use black ink to stamp the narrow scalloped border along the bottom and right side of the photo. Let it dry. Using the smooth side of the light blue cardstock, cut an 8 1/2" x 6 1/2" rectangle. Place the matted photo on the center and use your pencil to trace around the outside shape onto the blue cardstock. Remove the matted photo and set aside.
- Use the swirls border stamp to stamp and emboss the image along the right and left sides of the blue cardstock, aligning the straight edge of the image with your pencil line on the cardstock. Use scrap paper to mask edges to protect your work surface, then stamp and emboss portions of the image at the top right and lower left corners as shown. Ink the outer edges with black ink, then glue the matted photo to the center of the blue cardstock rectangle within the embossed frame. Glue the matted photo centered at the top of the striped background paper.
- Layer blue and white sheer flowers together with foam tape and attach over the lower left corner of the blue photo mat. Attach a pewter /gray embellishment to the center of the layered flowers. Stamp and emboss the swirls border at the lower right corner and upper left corner of the page, as shown.
- Computer print journaling or write by hand on pale yellow cardstock. Ink the edges black and mat on blue, inking the edges. Glue to the bottom of the page, centered below the matted photo. Journal on a tag and glue near the lower right corner of the blue mat. Foam tape a small blue flower over top of tag, then attach the embellishment to center of the flower and at the upper right corner of the photo as shown. Write the year on the blue mat.
