Cowgirl Birthday Wishes

- Cut two 6 1/2” strips of striped paper. Glue each strip 2” from the bottom of the blue paisley papers to create borders.
- Punch out the brown side of the swirls and adhere them to the top left corner. Punch out flowers and foam tape them around the swirls as shown.
- Computer journal “Cowgirl” on the brown side of the large punch-out. Punch two holes on each side for stars. Secure to the page with the star brads, as shown. Foam tape the “Birthday Wishes” punch-out overlapping the bottom edge.
- Mat a 4”x6” black and white photo onto tan cardstock. Ink the edges brown and adhere to the right side of the striped paper border. Cut the star border to fit across the photo, rounding the cut end into a circle. Tie with blue ribbon and secure over the bottom of the photo.
- Cut two small photos into 3” squares. Mat onto one piece of tan cardstock. Leaving a 1/8” wide border. Ink the edges, and glue to the bottom of the striped border as shown.
- Computer journal onto tags using a cowgirl theme. Decorate the tags with ribbon and brads. Secure above the 3” photos.
- Punch out the brown side of the swirls and adhere them to the top right corner. Punch out flowers and foam tape them around the swirls as shown.
- Mat a 4”x6” black and white photo onto tan cardstock. Ink the edges brown and adhere to the left side of the striped paper border. Cut the star border to fit across the photo, rounding the cut end into a circle. Tie with blue ribbon and secure over the bottom of the photo.
- Cut two small photos into 3” squares. Mat onto one piece of tan cardstock. Leaving a 1/8” wide border. Ink the edges, and glue to the bottom of the striped border as shown.
- Journal onto tan cardstock, cut into strips and ink the edges brown. Secure a star brad on one end of each strip. Attach a flower punch-out near the journaling and the "happy" "birthday" file tabs to the top of the mat, as shown.
