Blue & Pink Birthday Card

Instructions:
- For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6¼"x4¾" Color Me™ swirls paper and a ⅝"x5" cardstock strip. Place both on the craft sheet and rub the blue ink pad over them to completely cover the white areas. Wipe the excess from the Color Me™ and let dry. Glue the blue paper centered on the card front. Cut out the swirl Color Me™ label and a 5" dotted stripe from the Color Me™ stripes paper. Place on the craft sheet, color with the rouge ink pad, and let dry
- Glue the dotted strip centered on the inked blue cardstock strip, then cut a lacy stripe from the striped paper and use to mat the long edges of the strip. Trim to 4¾" and glue to the front, ¾" from the left edge. Mat the label on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Stamp “for someone special” and a swirl in black on the label, then foam tape it as shown.
- For the inside: Cut 5⅜"x4" Color Me™ swirls paper and ink it gray. Cut 5½"x4⅛" cardstock and ink it rouge. Glue the gray paper centered on the pink, then glue to the inside. Cut a dotted stripe from the Color Me™ stripes paper and ink it blue. Trim a 5" piece and glue vertically, 1½" from the right edge. Cut out the Color Me™ butterfly and small tiles tags. Ink the large tag pink and the small tag blue. Mat each on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Stamp “happy birthday” on the large tag and “make a wish” on the small tag, both in black. Glue as shown. Knot the ribbon, trim the ends, and glue to the blue tag.
