1. For the surface: Cover the top flap of the portfolio with brown striped paper and the bottom flap with burgundy “mesh” paper, then sand the edges of each. Attach a black big brad to the bottom of the top flap and another about 4" from the top of the bottom flap.
2. For the window: Cut a 4"x2" piece of gold glimmer paper. Cut rounded paper triangles and glue them to create window curtains. Glue 1/4"-wide strips of brown paper around the edges and Zot™ a rust bow to each curtain.
3. For the fence: Cut five 1/2"-wide strips of white cardstock, cut one end of each to a point and ink the edges. Ink the edges of 1/4"-wide strips, then combine them with the pointed strips to build the fence.
4. For the door: Cut a 3"x5" piece of tan textured paper. Glue four 3/4"x1 1/2" pieces of gold glimmer to the tan paper and frame them with thin strips of brown textured paper. Glue 1/4"-wide strips of brown “mesh” paper to the left, top and right sides of the tan paper. Add a black brad to the right side.
5. Cut burlap paper to a flower pot shape and glue next to the door. Add brads to the center of three silk flowers, then Zot™ two in the flower pot and one to the door.
6. Stamp “Our Dream Home” on tan textured paper and mat on brown “mesh”. Add a black mini brad to each end and attach a folded piece of rust ribbon behind the left end. Glue to the left end of the portfolio's top flap.
