- With the Mini Folder unfolded, cover the front cover with lime paper, positioning the rainbow stripes in the bottom left. Cover the inside pocket flaps with the solid lime portion of the paper. Ink the edges of each of the covered areas, then fold and glue the folder into shape.
- Computer journal “California”, “vacation” and “memories” on gold texture paper and ink the edges. Zot™ a red mouse head brad in the top left corner of the folder's front cover, then glue the journaled words to the right.
- Mat a small photo on black cardstock, trim to 1/32" and glue to a blank tag punch-out. Add a flip flop brad ot the top of the tag, then glue the tag to the right side of the folder's front cover. Write the year below the tag. Zot™ the castle Brad Buddy™ in the bottom left corner of the cover.
- Attach a blank label punch-out to the left inside pocket with two yellow brads. Foam tape the “fun!” punch-out to the label. Mat a small square photo on black cardstock and trim to 1/32". Add a crown brad to the photo subject, then glue the photo to the right pocket. Computer journal the subject's name on gold texture paper, ink the edges and glue below the photo. Accent with a red mini brad.
- Computer journal a list on gold texture paper and accent with red ribbon, punch-outs and mini brads. Mat on black cardstock. Mat a small piece of gold paper on black cardstock and glue behind the top of the list to create a tab. Tuck the list into the left pocket. Tuck punch-outs into the right pocket.
- Wrap a length of yellow ribbon around the folder's fold, knotting the tails on the front cover.
