- Bag: Cut a 3 3/8"x4 1/2" piece from the corner of the striped web paper, including the web. Tear off the bottom edge and ink the remaining edges, then glue to the front of the bag. Foam tape a spider punch-out over the web. Add an orange mini brad to each end of the “party” punch-out, then foam tape it in the bottom right corner of the bag. Glue the “monster” arrow punch-out pointing down at the word “party”.
- Punch a hole in each top corner of the front of the bag. Wrap wire around a pen or pencil to make a coil. Run the ends of the coil through the punched holes, then wrap the wire ends around the coil to hold the handle in place. Zot™ a bow of black ribbon over each end of the coiled handle.
- Tag: Tear the bottom off a 3"x4" piece of lime texture paper, then ink the edges. Glue to the front of the tag. Stamp words and lines on the lime paper for party details. Add two black bat brads to the top of the tag. Computer journal “you're invited!” on a blank orange punch-out and foam tape it to the top of the lime paper. Glue candy punch-outs to the bottom of the tag.
