- Place the card with the fold on the left. Cover the card front with blue bordered paper, placing the striped border at the bottom and leaving the top left corner unglued.
- Place the card front on a cutting mat and cut a 2 1/2"x2" window in the top portion. Attach three starburst brads to the top left corner of the card front, surrounding the window, then finish gluing the corner of the paper.
- Attach a gold crown brad to the top left corner of the “A dream is a wish...” punch-out, then glue the punch-out below the window. Glue the Cinderella punch-out in the bottom right corner of the card front.
- Inside: Cover the card inside with pink floral paper. Add the brads to the carriage Brad Buddy™, then Zot™ it to the card inside so it's centered in the window when the card is closed.
- Computer journal on the blank pink oval punch-out. Mat on blue paper and add a starburst brad to the bottom left corner. Glue the label below the carriage. Zot™ a knot of blue ribbon to the top right edge of the label.
